Our goal is to help you manage your risk better. As former Security Management, we appreciate that this means more than repeated consulting efforts - it means teaching you how to be experts at what we do.
And while our consulting services are heavy on knowledge transfer, our customers typically end up having us train their staff on our methods. We offer Onsite Workshops at a location of your choice, and Training Seminars at our training facility in Columbus, Ohio in the USA.
On Site Workshops
Many times, our clients will want to refocus their entire security group on risk. An on site workshop works well in this case as RMI is able to tailor content and give guidance specific to the the culture and structure of the risk management program.
Training Seminars
Training Seminars are designed to help make learners more effective at risk analysis and the use of risk in a security program. Seminars are heavy on practical application with real-world scenarios for analysis.
